  • I've never used a Mac and hardly know anyone who uses one...:(

I've written an app. under Qt and certainly I'm really excited about how it looks like in other os. than win. or linux. Can I hack that lookalike somehow or is there any free mac-like os which is supported by Qt?

  • Is Carbon still the default for Qt 4.6? It should be Cocoa...

  • @Danny77uk yeah I agree... though it still is nice for cross platform development, or when you have a QT source, from an application that has only be compiled for windows or linux to date.

  • I've been trying to work with Qt on the mac for some time now and it's been a real struggle (next to Windows). The XCode 'integration' does not exist - qmake can only generate XCode projects. So if I had a new MOC class or UI Form, I have to regenerate the project. This becomes a complete nightmare when you have other project dependencies and libraries linked in - you have to create ALL of those settings again! QtCreator is a long way off from being an XCode replacement.

  • I think the end part is the most fun. :)

  • Thanks for your great job.

  • the intro of this video made me smile, great work!

  • Cool!
