  • @FL3MZA Notice the word "seem" in your message and think about whether or not you used it properly.

Many months ago it came to my attention that replies with obvious spelling and grammatical errors are often found on top of the YouTube page, so I decided to do a little experiment on this one and see if people would thumb it up -- even if the message itself is total bullshit.

    They did.

Maybe people like messages with errors because it makes them feel smart.

  • @VicenzoV Neither does yours pal, you can't even seem to string a sentence together.

  • @piratebri Sometimes I feel that Phil is unable to move with time, He had a hard time accepting that poker has changed. Since the online era, there are more and more different playing style entered the felt. He might still be able to thrive in the classic poker game such as razz and 7 stud, but I think he will have a hard time winning any hold'em tournament, if he still can't accept the fact that he need to adapt.

  • a happy helmuth is so much better that an angry one :p

  • @VicenzoV Just the opposite.. his brain OVERWORKS. He overanalyzes hands, and overestimates his opponent's strength. That's why guys who bluff or play with something like J-8 confound him. He can't understand that a lot of players now rely on luck and not proper strategy. That's why Phil owned the sport in the 80s and 90s, it was before the big influx of players from internet poker who dont really know how to properly play hands. They just make a gamble.

  • @VicenzoV He just dont get, that the more different people starts to play, the more different poker becomes

  • @dannymaclamp Close, but noo bracelet.

  • @VicenzoV lol u dont know what ur talking about.

  • @VicenzoV he finished second place in 3 seperate events at the 2011 WSOP this year, that's pretty good I should think.

  • @wolves2425 oh man. ye maybe 10 years ago he was ahead. but not now. and still he had much luck 10 years ago to achieve his first earnings with which he was capable of playing those stakes. and NOW he is not good any more. look at him playin cashgame. thats a joke. phil ivey is great. he changed his play during the years and he is up to date. he can even own a donk (but obv a very good player) like tom dwan. phil cant. hes not capable of the new kind of play.
