can you really buid that much muscle mass using bands? im under the impression that ain't gonna happen without weights

you're going to be emaciated if you don't consume more calories than you burn.

@cinderellasCurse You must do cardio intensive work. Running, interval training, spin classes, boxing, cardio classes etc...Also, you must watch what you eat. Simple rule: Don't consume more calories than you burn.

i purchased a red resistance band, i think its 20 pounds resistance...is it a good start for a beginner to use? I'm 6'3 - 217 pounds.
