    you're going to be emaciated if you don't consume more calories than you burn.

  • @cinderellasCurse You must do cardio intensive work. Running, interval training, spin classes, boxing, cardio classes etc...Also, you must watch what you eat. Simple rule: Don't consume more calories than you burn.

    I thinks its gonna help to expload muschle gain and agility at the same time

  • Can you tell me a routine that will help me burn fat and shape up my muscles. Everything im doing dont seem to be working. I way 225 I would like to get down to 200.
