This tune was written for the late LeRoi Moore and is from the album "Chioggia Beat" by Morwenna Lasko & Jay Pun. LeRoi was a mentor to Jay and had him & Morwenna do several side-stage performances during a few summer tours. The tune features Dave Matthews Band Trumpeter, Rashawn Ross doing a beautiful line interwoven with Morwenna's violin. The track also features the late Johnny Gilmore on drums who was a close friend of LeRoi's. Johnny tragically died in a fire on Oct. 22nd, 2009. (http://www.johnnygilmore.com)

Thank you for putting this together. Definitely takes me back to that day in August when I heard the news of LeRoi's passing. I am so proud of how DMB, and Rashawn in particular, have stuck together and continued making music that LeRoi would be proud of. Long live the GrooGrux King!

Sorry to hear about Johnny Gilmore. I had the pleasure of seeing him play with Tim Reynolds and Houston Ross back in '98.

@brian3641 WOW, Brian... you must have saw the "Puke Matrix Tour," Johnny was a GREAT GREAT friend to us. He taught us so much as well. We still Houston all the time, he's an amazing soul too...
