I've tried ECTs, 16 of them. I hit rock bottom. I felt suicidal. I literally been to hell and back. It may help some people but I don't think it's worth the risk. I think it should be banned. It does more harm than good.

@Hornilope i was reacting to a comment of somebody who said how it helped his friend... who was depresed after loss of somebody. (bionickitties comment... obviously, I don't know the whole story, but the way she tells it sounds horrible).
