In this example administrator creates a special week schedule because one of the employees is ill. Each company has default weekly schedule which is effective always except when there is special schedule created. Special schedules are effective for one particular week only. You can create special week schedules for example for holiday seasons. It is also possible to handle sudden changes, for example if your employee is ill or otherwise absent from work. In that case just create new schedule based on default schedule and then remove some of the availabilities.
