There are Permanent Secretaries and others who are the experts in road construction. The head of the ministry is there as a political position, the executive to implement. From that perspective, its easy to see, the road hasn't been fixed after two years. The people who use the road can figure that out too. Any sensible Kenyan is qualified for the job.

The truth stings doesn't it gulisman? Instead of insults, learn from the truth and you will be a better man for it. Best wishes to you. We must in the end remember that we are after the same thing a greater more prosperous Kenya. We can achieve this but it will require hard work and unity my friend. I respect Luo people and value their culture. I am an admirer of great men like Tom Mboya and I still mourn his untimely death. Odinga, however, is divisive and not the kind of leader Kenya needs.
