there must be a good relationship between the two cats, and the sim. get a large house bed for the pet. While being a sim, click on the cat that the sim has high relationship with, click "Try Kitten with..." then click on the other cat to woohoo with. If the cats start playing, then then get the ++ above their heads, they'll try for a kitten. Reminder: if their is no music after the woohoo, try again. hope this helps!
