Okay, to clear up the confusion in the comments...
Shadow of the Colossus is the prequel to Ico. And yes, it was released AFTER Ico.
It's just like how The Phantom Menace was released after the original Star Wars movies.

I didn't know about this game till 10 years after it was released! The graphics in it were way ahead of it's time.

@claptrap01 Unless The Last Guardian connects to Ico in some way then there is no sequel as of yet.

Wow... to survive a fall like the one at 6:10... you'd have to be tough as nails... that would've broken an ordinary persons neck, if not crushed their skull...
That's weird... You got out of the black capsule, and wandered away from the area, found weird shadow things (heartless anyone?) only for them to bring you to the exact spot where you escaped. That's really weird.

It's a dream or hallucination from Ico hitting his head on the floor, maybe it didn't kill him, but it did a number on the nightmare fuel managing part of his brain I'd think. Then he wakes up and finds that same area nearby. It's like clairvoyance or psychic powers... Brought on by a concussion XD
