http://www.fitterufitness.com - Reverse Lunge Bottom Up Kettlebell Press. Wow, that's a mouthful isn't. This is an amazing full body exercise that you can add into your strength training, kettlebell workouts, or fat loss program. Give it a shot with 6-8 reps per side for 2-3 sets.

  • I have been doing these for a while. I stopped for a time and found out that doing kettlebell exercises is harder and requires more stamina than anything else I do. That includes hardcore interval training with plyometrics. Just to make it harder on myself, I now mix the two... heh
