  • The show surprisingly wasn't bad, just forget the dark and edgy animated series which is still superior and look at it for what it is, people forget that batman has campy roots.

  • @blackdove123 Clearly you never read the comics.

  • @blowshimselfupdude I'm talking about the adam west show, I know that show was cheesy but it did offer another angel to batman and some of the comics were campy (mr freeze) I'm not saying that the comics weren't dark, I grew up with the animated series and I have to admit the show isn't terrible like everyone says far from it.

  • @blackdove123 But that's not the ROOTS. Adam West is a thign that happened and we move on. that's not what Batman is or was ment to be. It most certainly is not the ROOTS.

  • @blowshimselfupdude err no. I am going to go on record and say that Adam West's Batman was a more faithful portrail of Batman, for its time than even Nolan's batman. I mean have you read the comics of those times? Shit was campy as fuck. There was a Batdog with a mask on its face for heaven's sake. Those were Batman's roots, that was what batman was for you to say otherwise is just downright wrong.

  • @bleepmaster23 RElearn what the word roots mean. Because that's not it. roots are where it begin. And he certainly didn't start campy.

Also the comics at teh time were NOT campy. They took themselves dealy seriously. They were jsut sillly as hell and far out there. But they weren't making jokes intentionally liek the Adam West show was.

  • the bat mite episode was awesome!

  • I can't believe that they ended The Batman for this piece of crap.

  • i like this series, theres no point in comparing it to the amazing level of awesomeness of the animated series, because it would of course lose. now saying that i can say despite its overly cheesy jokes and silly moments, it is a good show. i like the visual drawing style alot, btw. young justice is freaking awesome!!!! that is all

  • Have you seen the "Chill of the night" episode yet? And if so, did you like it?

  • @Ikarosus I dunno actually I mean you have to admit the joker is lowsy and I do love the joker mate hmm I love having a moody kind of Batman and if nightwing is in the picture well let's say I love that character and what else right the seriousness I mean this show is way to lighthearted I mean you can see it's for kids you know but Batman the animated series was for kids too but that had you know the batman thing captured kinda but oy mate don't let it get to you, we're all different :)

  • @LoonyTunezHD Okay, but I really dont see why you dont like it.

  • @Ikarosus okey mate now we've stated the obvious we are very different, feeling accomplishment?

  • @LoonyTunezHD Yes, it does. This show rules. Season 1 is okay. But season 2 and 3 are pure awesomess.

  • @Ikarosus nah Hush is awesome and this show can be whatever it wants doesn't change the fact that it blows.

  • @LoonyTunezHD Hush is stupid and pretencious story. This show is just awesome. You are forgeting, that this show is NOT suposed to adapt Batman. Its a satire.
