Exactly how would you prevent I ran from securing nuclear weapons, through sanctions? And what of the country providing the nuclear weapons, how would you prevent them from delivering them? Sanctions are a joke, as only the people in the lower levels of their society will be harmed. Are you prepared to use military might? But that would require a strong military force, upon which you are loath to depend. And I doubt President Obama could talk them out of it.
