after Jim's comment about how this guy says "sausaDGE" I really noticed that the guy was really saying words that ended like that way too much, and even making up words and ending them like that.

I looked up "Scotch" and it's a drink or a brand of tape but it doesn't describe a type of person......He might mean "Scottish", but if you think about it, he probably was just thinking of words that end with that sound and then thinking of ways to bring them up during the conversation.
