Please Mr. Ambassador, you're a diplomatic, you SHOULD NOT criticize other people's cultures because you don't know that our culture is better than any others. Above all, how do you know that some countries in Africa don't have culture? Better yet, allow me to share with you a definition of culture "a particular society at a particular time and place." So Mr. Ambassador, each country/organization in this world has culture. YOU CAN NOT say that your culture is better than any other culure!

Stop judging people. I think one of the biggest weakness in Khmer people is that we like to judge others so much. Haven't you folks ever thought that there are White Americans in the audience? It's just polite to speak a common language that all can understand. I'm sure there are segments of this video where she also speaks Khmer. Sometimes I just think Khmer people are so hard to speak to because they always jump to conclusions.
