How easily do you get viruses?

i wonder what its like to be like this because i really hardly ever get sick last time i got the flu was like 3 years ago and a cough about a year ago ussually just get flem in my throat but thats it

i have lupus and get sick a lot...like a common cold lasts for weeks. we surely need to be more carefull then most. and sometimes the cold or flu can make the lupus flar up and that realy sucks.

I am developing my second cold in about 3 weeks right now. I am usually pretty insane about washing my hands and everything though. I must have been a little bit more lax about it recently. I am always afraid of shingles because I hear horror stories about it. I recently had some problem on the side of my foot and thought it was shingles but luckily it went away!

I have RA and I never get sick. I am insane about washing my hands and not touching my face or nose when at work or in malls etc, until I get home to wash up. I am insane, but I don't want to get sick!!!
