  • @ 9:03 Peek-a-boo! Also its spelled rectus abdominis, not abdominus. Great videos though!

  • i play basketball and various other sports, but this should help with my jump height as a lot of it is due to flexibilty in the ankles, feet, abs etc.

  • very good! this is probably my favorite. My achilles tendon is VERY tight and this seems to be helping tremendously. I'm a dance so I need a deep plie to jump propery. My achilles was preventing that but this is very helpful! Thankyou!
