PLS Summer 2009 - "My 21st Century School"

This is a short movie advertising a fictitious 21st century school. This movie was inspired by the online grad course I am currently taking: Developing 21st Century Literacy Skills through PLS. My assignment was to create and post an advertisement for a 21st Century School, fictional or real with text, audio, images and video (using at least two types of media.) I chose to use all four as it made the most sense for the idea I had in mind. The criteria for 21st Century literacy that underlies my movie are based on the readings from the course, including - but not limited to:

1.David Warlicks book, Redefining Literacy 2.0 Second Edition

2.An article by Marc Prensky: Digital Natives Digital Immigrants - (http://www.marcprensky.com)

3.Several models for 21st century learning including:
