My mother makes some pecan brittle from my grandma's old recipe.
Granny made it with raw peanuts, MMMMMmmmmmm. But the pecan is good too. It took about 13 minutes to finish the brittle some I have split the process into two videos.

    im pretty sure its just corn syrup and vanilla flavoring. so just buy some corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup and add in some vanilla extract.

  • i must ask. where can i get that white crystal syrup if i'm from europe? from what is made that syrup? because a was looking all over the place for that syrup and non store doesn't have it here in europa, slovenia. from what is it made of? probably i made it myself. please answere
