This is yet another Republican that is totally out of touch. Blaming the Democrats after 8 yrs of Bush running the show is incredible and then suggesting the Democrats want people to suffer is ludicrous. He needs to lose his position in Congress and I hope that he does.

We ARE hurting and suffering because Kuhl does NOT listen to his constituents! He is my representative, but he does not represent me...your time is up Mr. Kuhl, we need someone who is not a puppet of the President, like yo have been for the past 4 years.
