Not likely. India manufactures its own guns. We do buy small arms, but from Germany, Russia & Israel. The US weapons are perceived as too un-reliable.

Does not matter. India is smart enough to know what weapons to buy from which nation.

The Army Act forbids Indian soldiers from giving interviews in media without prior authorization from the Ministry of Defence, Govt of India. Failure to comply with this can lead to court martial and dismissal from service. In short, Indian Army is 'gagged'.

@ali1akram Friend, The Taj hotel is not Lal Masjid. Hostage rescue operations are not raids/sieges. But, you and I are not anything close to being soldiers let alone Special Ops operators otherwise we would not be trolling here.
