You've missed the point. It isn't a competition. Tori Amos did this cover because she loves Joni Mitchell and her songs - so this cover is a tribute and her own interpretation on the art. She covered it because she loves it, not because she's trying to be better.

Wow Tori! This version is beautiful and is a lovely tribute to Mitchell. Both of you are such inspiring women. I love this song because it has a unique combination of love, pain, and truth. Love is work. I am going to learn this on guitar... Maybe someday it will be compared to such great influences and people will pointlessly argue about my version! Lol!
