Opening Statement

Hey, I'm an Englishman, never been to Canada. But I assumed that its judicial processes were governed by fairness and natural justice.

Not so, it seems. Is this kangaroo court still in business? Anyone who knows, please tell.

Canadians have their collective head in the sand if they think this sort of thing is going to go away on its own. It won't.  It won't without public outrage etc. Ezra is certainly not the only higher profile person to have this happen to.

The fact this sort of thing is allowed to happen here, is of no surprise to me in that Canadians are much too passive collectively (they love big government after all)to take a stand against the government.

Give me the U.S. Constitution any day !!!

I am sorry, but I will not be "ruled over" by a union that I have no steak in or no real say. I will not be considered an American In any way shape or form. I stand by my principles and although it may look appealing to you. For me, it would force me to choose between living on my knees or dieing on them.
