Ive done everything you stated in the video and notified the search engines but still my site is not indexed by Google or yahoo etc... its been almost a week now. my site is really small only 5 pages. do you know how to get indexed fast?

I would resubmit a sitemap anytime you do a major update to your site. You really don't need to resubmit if you haven't created any new pages.
