In this video I complete a 3-rep set of push jerks with 135lbs. The weight is low (about 65% of my 1-rep max) so I worked on my form. Tried to drive the bar off my shoulders while achieving full hip extension prior to driving my body deep under the bar. Need to work on my depth as well as my hip extension. A work in progress.
