Finding Your Personal Motivation, part iii

http://www.gaviningham.com When people find out that I am a "motivational speaker" they often ask me to motivate them as if it is something that I can do for them or to them. Motivation is internal and the ability to motivate yourself is something that you can learn to do if you set your mind to it. There are many different ways to build self-motivation and hundreds of techniques that you could use. Here are some of my favourite strategies that you can use to help to develop your own personal motivation.

Sr. I find your video very inspirational, I belive I was aware that personal motivation was important, however I was not really concious on how it worked, now I just learned from this video very effective strategies to accomplish this. Well done Sr. I thank you very much about it. If possible, I would like to hear your perspectives about emotional control, that is a field I also strugle with...
