these are 2 shallow mount kicker cvt subs, they are for my 83 single cab truck, but until i get the box built i threw them in my excursion to see how they sound, and damn!!! for 4 inches deep them bang



i hit 127.4 on the dash with all windows up and the doors closed

@CSM419 the base sounds to high pitch in my opinion. I would go with a kenwood 12'' which come with a 1400 watt peak.

the base of the speakers sound to high pitch. especially 8 inch which is what i had with a 300 watt kicker amp. i recommend a kenwood 12'' shallow mount which gives a 1400 watt peak. SOUNDS REALLY GOOD

Who cares what they look like? I think I would rather have ugly subs that produce a lot of bass compared to some Walmart speakers that have LED's that produce less. Everything isn't about appearance.
