haha your new to engine building huh? s2k's arent ment for forced induction, which is why you can only boost around 8 lbs safely before you need to do engine mods. you forget about tolerances with valves and pistons when it comes to PSI. go read and apply it in real life then respond before not thinking. thanks.

A high revving engine should be forced induced... It spools as fast as any other car but it has 2000-3000 extra rpms to keep going. The motor spins faster at 9k then an f1 car at 16k. It has so much pressure coming out of the exhaust it has no problem spooling a 35r full boost at a bit less then 5k witch is way before VTAK would kick in NA. That's why the smallest kit out there other then the POS greddy has at least a gt30...and that's small for an s2k. Please Wikipedia f20c and read how EVERYT

@MagusNethium hahah Im not sure how somebody blowing his engine is 'going to kill somebody' ever seen a car blow at the race track? ya nothing dangerous happens at all, just a rolling stop and a hole lotta expensive mess.

ps there are tonnes of guys running more then 8psi on stock engines with 40,000+ miles after doing their FI.

@MagusNethium The amount of psi one can safely boost depends on compression ratio, rod, piston, crankshaft, fastener, and cylinder wall strength, not "engine mods". The same physics of piston to valve clearance apply whether the engine is boosted or not. Why do you think Ls1 engine builders like myself have to notch the stock pistons to run huge cams? Also, forced induction has nothing to do redline. Correctly balanced 2jz's spin to 10,000 rpm or more. Whoever is sponsoring you is retarded

quit ur bitchin, did a family member die from a street racer with a turbo s2k driver who was runnin stock internals or something we all know 15+psi is dangerous on stock internal boosted s2000's so juss stfu and if ur trying to hhelp him out with his engine build up atleast dont sound like a fuckin dick
