I usually use some kosher salt (couple tablespoons) and some lemon juice. Gets rid of odours and doesn't leave a nasty soap taste. Make sure you oil it after cleaning tho.

The oil will also make the wood look very, very pretty.

Mineral oil cleans it well enough.
what about how to clean it? i have a bamboo board
