yes , it is true that abdominal workout build the muscle under your fat ... therefore you should do running to to reduce your fat

@bassmzero I've heard best way to get rid of that fat is get in the tredmill, losing the fat is one thing building the ab muscles is another... so i try both.

Hi there. Running is definitely one way to reduce bodyfat, but it is by no means the only way. By doing the total body circuit workouts that I have here on you-tube you will get a cardiovascular fat burning effect. So only run if you want to and enjoy it!
