WASP Portable, Expendable Mini UAV

http://defense-update.com/wp/20110622_wasp_uvision.html Wasp, an expandable, man-portable mini UAV was unveiled at the Paris Air Show by UVision. The WASP has already performed flight testing and is proceeding through development. At a vehicle weight of 3 kg, Wasp carries payloads up to one kilogram. It offers extreme agility, maneouverability and endurance to weather conditions. The standard payloads consist of two-axis stabilized daylight CCD or uncooled thermal imagers, weighting 115 gram and 180 grams respectively. The Wasp has two datalinks supporting real-time control uplink and real-time video downlink.
