OK this video and the comments are old, but I think the reason it bugs some fans to see harsh/negative comments towards Olivia is because Olivia already admits she's shy. Plus it's not like she's one of those artists that puffs herself up like she's the shit or something. So it just seems mean-spirited to bash on a modest, soft-spoken person like Livi for no good reason-- even if she really might not be the most "exciting" speaker.

No...I couldn't go on Sunday since my parents only let me go one day so obviously, I chose the concert date! ^__^

I see. This was a private press conference for OLIVIA. You had to be press to attend, although they did have a regular focus panel for her aswell. I believe you can find that video on youtube.
