  • @IronmanTriathlete Sounds like the extractor spring may need replacing.

  • The one I own was manufactured By Calwestco with some normal wear and tear(It doesnt have the plastic or wooden handle Grips like Others, its All black metal)came with the Original box and Manuel with 2 clips and A Uncle mikes holster I paid $100 for it was that a good Deal?Let Me know I trust your opinion, thanks ahead of time,.

  • @IronmanTriathlete u need to oil and replace aspring i have the j25 taken apart i could show u i had the same problem and broke the firing pin

  • the J22 and J25 after a little bit of tinkering are pretty good little pistols. the JA-380 and JA-Nine are good up to a point. The Zamak is not strong enough to take the force of the .380 or 9mm rounds for too many shots unless they were to make it thicker like the Hi-Points.

  • I enjoyed your review. I have a J 22 like yours and a J 25 and a Raven MP 25. I have not ever had any trouble with any of them and they are fun to plink with. I have a short video out there on my J 25; check it out and be safe and happy shooting!, Larry, Richmond, Va.

  • it doesnt have a huge reputation,,, nobody would use that thing for self defense

  • I had one of these, it was a POS.

Jennings/Bryco/Jimenez/Raven/Sterling/+others, notoriously called "Ring Of Fire" guns because they are made around the Los Angeles area in a little circle of shitty machine shops, made by the same shitty manufacturer and designed by the same asshole , all substandard shit.

I carry a pocket .22 but it's not one of these goddamn things.

  • my mother gave me one of those nice little gun bad thing about mine while i was on vacation someone rob me for it and i wannt the same gun i offered my mom yesterday 200 to go buy another one cuz i am only 18 but she dosent want to buy anymore guns

  • @Rebelyell42 I picked mine up at my local shop for $60. Average price $40 - $80, but there are people out there that will say you couldn't pay them that much to take the gun. I picked it up to practice refurbishing/DuraCoating a gun. I use it as my Summer Carry piece because it fits in my pocket in an Uncle Mike's SIDEKICK Size 1 holster using 22LR Hollow Points.

  • @IronmanTriathlete I agree with the spring issue, but if you have the skills file down the extractor arm port on the barrel. Really get a good bite going. That worked wonders with mine.

  • @millerusaf where can you buy these guns?

  • Watch me shoot mine

I was kind of hoping it does not break apart on me

    But it only half jams

    Check me out
