see, this is why i dont even care how much you squat compared to me, i go down 110 degrees, below parallel, and you could be going down 45 degrees like that rb did in the first clip, but hes going to say "yeah, i squatted this much, which is this much compared to you." when really who did the harder work...?

Well, the take home is that Athletes Performance Frisco defines proper squat depth differently for different people . . . Boom may not be able to squat to depth without losing lumbar stability, so they don't load him up to full depth. I'm not sure why they would post those two clips together as if they are the same exercise. One is clearly a half squat and the other is a full squat.
