There is a way to defeat the taser. There are companies that make police uninforms/clothes that have metal embedded in the fabric. The circuit is now the clothing ( about 3 ohms of resistance) and not the body (which has about 3 megohms), hence no shock. Ever wonder why cops don't worry about being tased (at least when they are in unifiorm) that's why. I would imagine aluminum foil could also be used as a liner.

This guy claims he refused to show his ID because he felt he was being racially profiled for being Persian. There are so many Persians at UCLA most people familiar with the demographics there would find such a concept of someone being racially profiled for being Persian on that campus silly.
