@NinjaTab i wouldnt want to boil anything after adding the citrus in it. just simmer. boiling denatures the citric acid turning it somewhat bitter. i made this a lot of times only i didnt do the filling as shown in the video. i used AB's lemon custard recipe instread. tastes great but a little too overpowering and sour, which is how i like it.

I made this last night for Thanksgiving and it turned out excellent! Be sure to add the extra boil after the lemon is added!!!
