Steam Train Leaving Edinburgh Waverley

***I apologise for the crummy sound. It was fine when uploaded, but Google/YouTube have somehow managed to make an arse of it since then.***

BR (ex-LNER) K4 2-6-0 steam engine No. 61994 "The Great Marquess", departs from Edinburgh Waverley Station with the SRPS Edinburgh and Fife Circle railtour.

The locomotive was built at LNER's Darlington works in 1937, and was designed for use on the West Highland line.

The train is departing eastbound towards Portobello, where it will turn off to the Edinburgh South Suburban line.

I ca'nt wait to be on the first steamer to Galashiels on the first part of the Re-opened waverley route. It will be great to travel up Falahill summit and Torwoodlee tunnel again
