Tarascus Zbrush Speed Sculpt

Another lunchtime speed sculpt. This time from an image of a rackham miniature. Created from zshperes and some quick 3dsm teeth to assist.

Would have modeled the plates instead of scribbled them on, but not enough lunch time! I also wish I had given him a proper tong instead of pulling it out of the geometry. Again--hindsight. Speedsculpts can go wrong pretty easily. haha.

is it automatically on symetrical editing? and can you do asymetrica editing?

I have a question, why did you went out to Max to model the teeth instead of making just one as a subtool inside Zbrush and then cloning it for each tooth?  o.o?

Because I did not intend to sculpt the teeth at all. They were hardsurface models and as such it was faster to just quickly throw them into max. =)

@MrLilleKriss Mostly, yes. I self taught myself while I was in highschool and posted on a couple of message boards that i got critique from people who knew more than me. =)

@st1ngr4g3 ZBrush is a way more complex and complete program than Sculptris. It has so many more tools, but Sculptris has one feature that ZBrush hasn't, It's adaptive sub-division, helps keep the poly count lower. But as it's free give it a go. Also in this category of modelling tools are Mudbox and 3D Coat. Try Demos and see what suits you. But ZBrush with the Goz function is pretty awesome. (swaps between major 3D packages and itself)

i dont have a good computer to do this sort of stuff: P but i downloaded Sculptris and tryed it, after i got a little far it started to lag alot and super slow, anyway i can avoid this?

Was it really necesary to make the theeth outside zbrush? I thought you were just gonna paint them on zbrush.. I'm just curious. Thanks

@officerbeardontcare i use a wacom intuos xl but i want to get the cintiq, is it very accurate? like the cursor from the brush / pen tip?
