I recently bought one of these and for my judgement it is an awesome value netbook, and definitively recommend it, if you need a netbook, better than any Atom equivalent.

@robfactory Thanks again for the review I just received my brand new laptop and let me tell you IT FREAKING FLIES MAN!! I love it and it's noticeably less warm than my previous DM1-2000 I bought it on amazon and it was a great deal. Strong reccomend.

Can someone tell me if you can upgrade the processor on the dm1z, Ive been trying to figure it out and can't find it anywhere. and I'm not confident enough with hardware to know my self if I opened it up. Please reply if you know, most laptops can't but im hopefull....

Nice vid. How is the battery life on it? Could I ask where you are from? You have a generic American accent but in some places there is some soft, perhaps European, pronunciation. Not that it matters the least. Just cool to know = )

I'm Hispanic actually. And yes, sometimes the accent comes out if I'm being absent minded. :-)
