Heh, that's the first time in a while that I've heard DAD referred to as an "alternate tuning" - that's pretty cool. : ) My student did show up - what a nice setting for a lesson! He even bought me lunch afterwards - that NEVER happens!

Free food! I've played my dulcimer for free beer as entertainment at a brewery, but I don't think I've gotten free food for playing. (Unless I cound the dozen funerals I'd played at.)
