It's a silver skull, no acheivement.
Bessides, if you already have gotten one skull, no acheivement.

i think bungie canceled it not sure how but im pretty sure that that is what happend lol so

Once you pick it up once, you have it forever, to activate it, go to the lobby, press X, then A on which skull you wan't to turn on.

ok i found the skull, that was easy. But how long do i have 2 hold it?? i set it down a few times to kill people and then i picked it back up, is that bad or am i supposed to hold it the whole time?

it doesnt seem to make you blind though so ill post a video to show what a blind skull does in halo 2.
