Shooting the Bryco Jennings model 38 .380 semi auto pistol. This gun has alot of failure to feeds, failure to eject, and fail to fire. If I load more than 4 bullets it won't shoot without a jam every time. This gun has serious issues and should be avoided. I used 2 brands of premium round nosed bullets, and it had a good cleaning.

  • I bought my Bryco 38 .380 Auto new, probably 20 years ago, and it jammed on the second round. I never fired it again and actually forgot that I had it. My son and I are members of a local club and firing range and I remembered my Bryco and took it to the range a few times recently. I have fired several clips and it has performed flawlessly, no jams, no failures to load. I love it. It is very reliable. I can't explain that first jam.

  • @DPerson626 It seems to be a 50/50 chance of getting a good one, I had a friend who had one and it shot great, never jammed, but mine is a jam-0-matic, we tried everything to get it to work. Ammo, magazines, cleaning, oil, no oil, just mine was junk, Glad you got a good one, keep it and shoot it, also if yours is reliable keep in mind it would make a great concealed carry gun. Happy shooting!

  • try the newer jimenez models..i just bought one in .22 but hear better things about them.

  • @GunNut12680 I heard mixed reviews on Jimenez, but from I watched on youtube they look reliable so I will give them a shot in the future. Right now I'm trying to get a Smith and Wesson Sigma SW40VE, do you have any info or experience with this gun? Jimenez run fairly cheap under $200 so I might get to that first.

  • @slyirish17 its the feed ramp, if u polish it it will even take hollow points with no prob. theyre designed for FMJ's but with a polished feed ramp itll shoot hollowpoints even though its not recomended for a small calliber
