whenever i try to go into the triquetra, i totally loose plane control and hit myself badly, help me Mr. Myagyi (^^ dip, paint, dip^^)

its pretty hard to keep the plane once i go from extended arm to triquetra, always smacks me in the face, going crazy here :(
