As to the legacy system part they actually revised it to say the legacy name is shared by all characters only on that server and not all servers

How many ppl are seriously gonna manage to come up with a decent unique name that goes for all servers?

Thats asking alot and I imagine most ppl are gonna carry legacy names that goes more like "xoxoxoxzzz1010110773"
