Artist: Counterparts
Song: Goodbye, Megaton.

Tabbed out this song in Guitar Pro 5 on drums in 5 hours. Learned it in a day and then mic'd up my kit with the help of my cousin. I mixed and mastered my kit in about 7 hours and then edited the video together in about 2 hours. Pretty happy with the sound of my kit, and surprisingly my playing considering I haven't played or attempted to record a cover in a bit. Enjoy!

  • Never heard something so flawless, Holy fuck!

  • Now all they need to do is write a song about Skyrim. x)

  • Bass drum, snare and toms sounds fucking niiiiice!

  • Holy shit, spot on!!!

  • right on !

  • That's just awesome.

  • Ohhh shit. Crazy cover

  • i still listen to your three song EP, its sickkk

  • @TRENTZMASTERdrumCHAN well yeah but when they have six strips of electrical tape, which i have tried on a few of my rides, and crashs and even a china or two, it completely mutes the cymbal. one little strip like that obviously does a negligible amount of anything. but in most music videos, its just to mute the cymbal because they do about ten takes of each shot. you know? cymbals dont really sound nice in settings like forests and abandoned buildings.

  • @TRENTZMASTERdrumCHAN i thought that was to mute the cymbals completely, cause they dont actually have to make noise during a music video shoot.
