Here is the infamous double talk express, where Stossel, claims sending our economy offshore helps our country.

This even though similar behavior brought down the Roman economy when they, like the American middle class, had no extra currency to spend. (Insourcing of slave labor to 'save money', but putting the local economy out of work long term; this had the same affect as outsourcing

At 1:20 Stossel also slips and says factory workers are underpaid and it's hysterical to watch him try to recover.

He says Americans would want their children to be engineers as if the H1B, NON-IMMIGRANT visa, was used for something else.

H1B visas are used PRIMARILY to replace American engineers in their seats to facilitate and expedite offshoring.
All one needs to do is look around for the affects on our economy; it was only a matter of time and the existing crash was predicted in 1998 when Clinton and most other 'democrats' sold-out American and Mexican workers.

H1B visas are used to drive down the wages and gain access to workers that are tied to the corporation and more slave ready than Americans. They're also responsible for driving most smart students far away from the computer and electrical sciences which seems to be the unspoken goal of theses policies.

Although Stossel did not actually say these visas were NOT for the engineers which is their primary use he said it though implication. Metacommunication and implication are two of the main vehicles used by the media to lie with the truth.

Naturally, the 'Devil' is usually in what they do not tell you or a thoughful eye-roll or snicker here and there to attack credibility.

What's the point of saving money if we crash our economy? Perhaps that is the point and this is some sort of sociopathical solution to the looming baby boomer problem; we'll just starve the country and let'em fight it out.

Except, of course, for those at the very top, who will rush in with their cash and buying up land and corporations on the cheap. If they can trigger some sort of major retaliation against the US then they'll mop up again on the rebuild as they did in Japan and Europe after WWII.

*Please* call your reps and news papers and ask them when they'll eliminate the cost advantages? This tactic has been used since the early 20th century when even the Republicans looked out for the workers and America's cottage industries.
