The combo treatment drove me insane after just 4 weeks. Never again. I didn't have any support, though, so I think this was the factor.

^ Ya thats not good. Wat's worse is docotrs in remote areas refuseing to treat genotype 1 as its 'not going to be successful'...spend ages gearing up to go for treatment, then doctor shoots ur hopes down.
Meh too much of a head ache in oz for any treatment

The doctors should at least do some thyroid testing before they put people on this treatment. They blew mine out and it was dead for 2 months near the end before they actually would even test my thyroid. Not till after ! And told me reason was thyroid testin is 2 expensive for the system! My experience was at least as bad as this persons if not worse.(the devils juice ) they reffer to it as in the hep C support group.
