LeBron James had 41 points and 10 rebounds and the Cleveland Cavaliers held off a fourth-quarter Portland rally to beat the Trail Blazers 106-94 on Sunday night.Shaquille O'Neal had 11 points and 11 rebounds for the Cavaliers, who won their sixth straight against the Blazers.

James, wearing one blue shoe and one orange shoe, was 8 for 8 from the floor for 20 points in the first quarter alone. He finished 13 of 19 from the field and made 12 of 14 free-throw attempts.

• The Cavaliers extended their win streak against the Trail Blazers to six straight behind 41 points from LeBron James. That's his fifth 40-point game of the season, tied with Carmelo Anthony (Kobe Bryant has seven).

• LeBron added 10 rebounds, his third 40-10 game of the season (most in the league).

• The Trail Blazers, coming off a home win against the Lakers, failed to become just the third team in the NBA this season to beat both the Lakers and Cavs (Mavericks and Rockets have done it).

• Brandon Roy has scored 30+ points in back-to-back games, the second time he's done so this season.

Wish he would've went NY where his talents would've been better utilized.

This guy NEEDS to be in a fast paced up tempo system. He is one of the greatest open court players I have ever seen. Right with Jordan, Magic and Jason Kidd.

I mean look at what he does in the open floor the 1st couple mins of this vid. He doesn't need to be in a slow down defensive type system like in Miami.

This man needs to be out running as much as possible! He is murder in the open court! We are missing out!
