In this second installment of the Japan episode, the boys from Mighty Car Mods import a new ride from Japan and finally reveal what type of car they bought in the Season Premiere. The video gives a quick run down on what is involved in importing and registering a Japanese car in Australia and then the supporting mods begin.

Make sure you check out 'Mighty Car Mods - How To Buy A Japanese Car SE2 EP01' on YouTube to go behind the scenes of the Auctions to see how this car was bought.

  • how much does it cost once the car is on this ship to get it through customs, and onto the land for pickup?

  • how much did the exhaust system cost all up please reply

  • @davideoa it got stolen and burnt out i think.

  • I am getting an eclipse GST 98 for my first tunner, hopefully i can gain the car knowledge you guys got and make a sick/nonricey dsm. Cant wait for season 4, keep it up!

  • @Godslayerify Thanks dude! This helped a lot.

  • @mydogzty FOB means Free On Board - the seller pays for getting the product to the shipping, you on the otherhand pay for the shipping and the delivery to you. there is also CIF wich means Cost, Insurance and Freight. there the seller pays for the delivery to the ship, the shipping, but you pay for the shipping from the ship to your house.

  • @steezymack88 180SX tends to come with a SR20DE engine in Japan. The 240SX sold in America usually comes with a KA24DE engine and everywhere else in Europe comes with a CA18DE engine known as a 200SX.

  • Hows come car companies all dropped all of their sport coupe lines in the late 90's and early 2000's? More important, why did everyone drop rwd for sports cars? All i see is fwd shit and i dont want it.
