She is very cute. This girl is stronger than me. There are some kids in my class who have this. They have all benefited from martial arts. And although I could take them in one second now, in the long run they will be stronger.

I have CP but jayus lads this has the opposite effect of promoting people with cp or any disability. In trying to to be positive it has lurched into the condescending "positive" news story! very annoying but then I am not American!
The reporter over egged it and so did the instructor. The only realistic account was portrayed by the girls mother.

This is why I teach karate. Her instructor is doing a lot for the martial arts in helping this brave young girl. Never give up karate girl.

you don't know what cp is do you stingray? it's not paralysis (or however it's spelt) cerebral palsy (basicaly) means that a part of the brain that controls muscles was damaged, and her muscles are too tense. intellect is usually unimpaired. if it's just on the right side, that's called "hemiplegia". people with cp are usually born with it. i don't have cp, but I know quite a few people who do.
