This John Wheeler, the physicist. He died a couple years ago in his nineties. He also coined the term "Black Hole". He has nothing to do with the John Wheeler who died in the landfill a little while ago.

Its only going to make sense when you look at God as the designer and blacks holes as his galaxy making machines. It appears there is an information system within black holes that produces life friendly galaxies from seemingly no where.

Quantum physics is proving a consciousnesses is a prerequisite before any "reality" can take place. This is evidence the universe was created by a consciousness with properties that are designed to interact with a consciousness.
